We recommend flying American Airlines nonstop into (STT) St Thomas, Cyril E King Airport. If you are local to NJ, NY, or PA, American Airlines offers the best options and prices from Phila International airport or United airlines out of Newark Liberty International. Additionally, American Airlines and UNited has nonstop flights that will get you into St. Thomas, to catch the airport transfer to the ferry by 2:30 pm. We require all travelers to arrive by 2:30 pm.

Please note: We do not recommend flying Spirit Airlines due to delays and missed connections that will cause you to miss the included airport transfers to St John. We are expecting guests to arrive by 2:30 pm to catch the transfer to the ferry for the 3:30pm crossing. If it is missed, the last ferry to St John is 5:30 pm. Check in is 4 pm.

Please note: The retreat begins on Saturday, February 28th as soon as you arrive! Airport pickup is scheduled for 2:30 pm that will take us to the Crown Bay Marina to catch the St John ferry. Upon arriving in St John, we will transfer to another taxi to take us to the Oasis Casa.

For departures, you’ll return to the airport by 12pm on Thursday, March 5th for a 1:30- 2:30 or later departure flights. Please do not book flights outside of these arrival and departure times before speaking with DeAnn(609 744 9445) to make sure your transfers can be accommodated.

Refund / Cancellation policy:

Refund policy is dictated by the refund policy of Beach Oasis.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is due upon sign-up in order to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% of the total cost is due by November 30, 2025. Failure to remit payment by date due may result in cancellation of reservation.

Cancellation prior to October 31, 2025 will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation between October 31 and November 30, 2025 will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.

Cancellation after November 30, 2025 will result in forfeiture of entire cost. No refunds will be provided after November 30, 2025. 

The above cancellation policy, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided if all remaining guest slots are filled.                                 

If the islands close to guests for any reason, the retreat will be rescheduled to another time period. There are no refunds. Cancellations made by the villa owner due to unforeseen issues will be refunded if villa owner provides a full refund.
